Focus doesn’t skimp on safety. In fact, it’s packed with safety technologies you might expect to find only in those bigger, more expensive cars. Like six standard airbags and a reinforced steel safety cage that work to help keep you protected in an accident.
In addition to the dual-stage driver and front seat passenger airbags, every Focus comes with standard front seat-mounted side airbags as well as front and rear seat side curtain airbags. That's a total of six airbags to enhance protection in certain front or side impacts. Always be sure to wear your safety belt and secure children in the rear seat.
